Returns and refunds


1. All Sales Are Final (Mostly)

Everything here is handmade, small-batch, and a little bit unhinged, so all sales are final. I don’t do refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental clicks, or sudden guilt over spending money on art.


2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives mangled, misprinted, or looking like it fought a raccoon, contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Send a photo and your order number. I’ll fix it, replace it, or refund it depending on the situation. I don’t want you stuck with busted art.


3. Lost Packages

Once your order leaves my hands, it’s at the mercy of the postal gods. If your package disappears into the void, I’ll help track it down or replace it if possible. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering, I can’t refund for typos.


4. Custom Orders

Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable. You’re paying for time, creativity, and caffeine abuse. I’ll always send proofs or updates before finalizing so you know what you’re getting.


5. Exchanges

No exchanges, this isn’t Target. But if you really feel something’s wrong, reach out. I’m reasonable, just caffeinated and slightly feral.


TL;DR:

No take-backs unless it’s my fault. I want you happy, but I’m not Amazon.
